Gaia’s Resonance is a 2-hour immersive vocal somatic healing workshop offered in select cities across the tour. Hike-in/Hike-out time not included. Grounded in vibrational alignment, spiritual presence, and collective heart-centered connection, each gathering invites participants into an experience of sonic healing, personal transformation, and Earth-honoring stillness.

  1. What to Expect:

    1. Hike in – group bonding

    2. Sacred Smudging Ceremony — A ceremonial welcome to energetically cleanse the space and participants, clearing negative residue and setting grounded intentions.

    3. Opening Address — Janay` Morgan Mallon offers an introduction to the purpose, tone, and sacredness of the space.

    4. Guided Breathwork & Meditation — Participants are led inward to root in presence, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body as a resonant instrument.

    5. **Healing Vocalization by Janay** — A sonic transmission performed by Janay to gently open the heart center and align the energetic field through tone and intuitive melody.

    6. Group Vocal Activation — Participants are guided in vocal resonance work supported by the Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz), tapping into the Earth's frequency to restore coherence, connection, and clarity.

    7. 1:1 Voice Chakra Clearing (optional) — For those open to it, Janay` offers individualized attention in a voice-based energetic clearing practice — an intuitive, heart-led process tailored to each participant’s needs.

    8. Closing Meditation — A gentle re-grounding and gratitude ritual to integrate the energetic work and cultivate internal peace.

    9. Healing Hugs — A closing act of communal embrace for those who welcome it, sealing the experience with human connection.
