A collection of Elegies in the approach and the aftermath of several deaths. First, my husband, a painter and seeker. Next, Chopper Kitty, our long time cat friend. My mentally ill mother quickly followed while I was on a walkabout up the western coast of the United States. Not long before this publishing, my brother-in-law also perished after a violent battle with his body. With so much death and grief to explore and discover, this is a collection you sure would not want to miss. A deep thinker and spiritual seeker for truth, I bring a unique perspective that I've been called to share with the world. I have no expectation for how it is received, only that my work serves those who's laps they fall upon.
This is a collection of free form poetry. Some pieces were inspirations to follow an internal trail of breadcrumbs to discover more and dig deeper into the nature of myself including that self of the whole of humanity. In this collection I explore discovery of joy and warn of the consequences of not acting to heal through mental illness or self-imposed despair. The Work never stops so long as we breathe.
